Bootcamp takes place on the lovely Clapham Common where you can meet like-minded individuals for an hour's workout. We create new weekly workouts to challenge your cardio and strength abilities with a bit of fun thrown in too!
The workouts are suited to all abilities and everyone, any age is welcome. The classes are a mixture of bodyweight and weighted and we even have a Silent Disco Bootcamp once a week if you want to workout to music!
